By engaging with Ashish Verma for social media management services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions. All services provided are based on mutual understanding, defined deliverables, and agreed timelines discussed prior to the start of the project. The scope of work includes content planning, posting, optimization, and strategy execution as per the selected package or custom agreement. Any additional services outside the agreed scope may require extra charges.

The client is responsible for providing all necessary access to social media accounts, branding materials, and relevant business information required for smooth execution. Delays in providing access or required inputs may affect delivery timelines, for which the service provider will not be held responsible. All content created will align with the client’s brand, but final approval responsibility lies with the client before publishing.

Payment terms must be followed strictly. All services are billed either upfront or as per a mutually agreed milestone structure. Once the work has commenced, no refunds will be issued. In case of project cancellation from the client’s side, payments made will be non-refundable due to time, effort, and resources already invested.

Performance and results such as follower growth, engagement, or revenue increase depend on multiple external factors including market competition, platform algorithms, and audience behavior. While best strategies and proven methods are applied, no guaranteed results or specific numerical outcomes are promised.

Confidentiality of client data, business strategies, and account information will be strictly maintained. However, the service provider reserves the right to showcase non-sensitive work or results as part of their portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Both parties are expected to maintain professional communication throughout the engagement. Any misuse, unethical demands, or violation of platform policies may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

By proceeding with the services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
